    Does the barebone come with an operating system license?

    The barebone does not include a hard drive (SSD), RAM, or operating system licence. (The data for downloading the operating system is available on our support page.)

    About the brand of the preinstalled SSD

    We source hardware from various brands, including SSDs, Wi-Fi cards, RAM, HDDs, and power supplies. These hardware components have the same technical specifications. Due to limited resources and brands for RAM and SSDs, we have chosen brands such as Samsung, Kingston, Crucial, Adata, and Phison as suppliers for RAM and SSDs. Products manufactured in different batches may therefore have different hardware components.

    Can I buy an SSD with a heat sink attached?

    It is possible to install an SSD with a heat sink, but the heat sink must not be thicker than 4 mm.
