Return Shipping Fees

  • For returns without quality issues, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the product has a quality defect, we will cover all transportation costs within 30 days after receiving the product. After this period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, but we will cover the cost of resending the replacement product.
  • Please submit your return request within 30 days after receiving the product; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@acemagic.com.

Return Period

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the purchase date.

Please note that business purchases/bulk orders are non-refundable. If there are special circumstances, please contact us at support@acemagic.com.

The refund process begins once the returned item is sent back to the ACEMAGIC warehouse for inspection.

Return Conditions

All items must remain unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and all accessories.

For products that cannot be replaced due to production discontinuation or insufficient inventory, the refund will be issued proportionally based on the purchase duration:

  • Within 1 month to 6 months: 90%
  • Within 7 to 12 months: 80%
  • Within 13 to 18 months: 70%
  • Within 19 to 24 months: 60%
  • Within 25 to 36 months: 50%

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products outside the warranty period
  • Products without quality issues (after 30 days from purchase)
  • Products provided free of charge

How Do I Return a Product?

  1. Please contact ACEMAGIC customer service to initiate a return. Provide the reason for the return and include an invoice or screenshot confirming the order number.
  2. The ACEMAGIC support team will provide the corresponding return address within 24 business hours.
  3. To process your refund promptly, please send ACEMAGIC a return notification including the following information:
  • Courier name
  • Tracking number

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Refund?

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original order. The processing time is typically 3–5 business days.

Where Is My Refund?

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for your original order.

  1. PayPal refunds usually take up to 48 hours.
  2. Refunds to credit cards or bank accounts will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.

Exchange

For items purchased on acemagic.eu, you have 30 days to return or exchange items for the same or a lower value. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before sending an item back; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Returned items must be new, unopened, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a courier service that provides tracking and/or insurance.

⚠️Please note that we do not issue refunds for items that have been used for an extended period of time. Replacement items will not be sent until the original item has been received and verified. By placing an order on acemagic.eu, you agree to our return policy.

If the return is due to personal reasons, you are responsible for the shipping costs, which may vary depending on the courier service used. If the item is damaged or defective due to our fault, you will not be responsible for the shipping costs.

Please note that acemagic.eu is not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer negligence. Examples of negligence include refusal to provide delivery confirmation and incorrect recipient information (such as order address, contact number, or recipient name). In such cases, we cannot issue a refund. If you notice that your order details are incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@acemagic.com and provide your order number along with the correct information.
