Order Processing Time
Unless there is a case of force majeure, we will ship the goods within 3 business days after payment is received. (For pre-sale products, delivery time depends on the arrival time.)
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time within Germany: 4-6 business days
- Estimated delivery time for other countries: 10-15 business days
- Estimated delivery time via United Express: 2-3 business days

To ensure your order is delivered correctly, please provide your full delivery address and all necessary specific information, such as house number (if applicable). These details are important to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
Restrictions on Delivery Address
For orders from the following regions, including Italy (ZIP code 23030), Greece (ZIP codes 63086 and 63087), France (ZIP code range 97100-97699), Spain (ZIP codes starting with 35, 38, 51), as well as Cyprus and non-EU countries, customs duties may be required. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm whether to proceed with the delivery. We will not begin shipping until we have received your confirmation. Failed Delivery
We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from customer negligence. Negligent behavior includes providing incorrect shipping information such as order address, contact number, or recipient name. In such cases, we cannot provide a refund.
If you notice that your order information is incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at support@acemagic.com and provide your order number and correct information, so we can correct it in time and avoid shipping errors.
Once the product has been shipped, we can no longer change the order information.
