Need help?

We source hardware from various brands, including SSDs, Wi-Fi cards, RAM, HDDs, and power supplies. These hardware components have the same technical specifications. Due to limited resources and brand availability for RAM and SSDs, we have chosen brands such as Samsung, Kingston, Crucial, Adata, and Phison as suppliers for RAM and SSDs. Therefore, products manufactured in different batches may feature different hardware components.

However, please rest assured that every hardware component undergoes a strict quality inspection before being delivered to ACEMAGIC and meets factory standards. In addition, there is no difference in the warranty policy among hardware components from different brands.

All laptops feature a QWERTY keyboard layout and come with a multilingual keyboard membrane (German, French, Italian, and Spanish).
The barebone system comes without RAM, SSD, or a pre-installed operating system.
For the barebone system, we recommend DDR memory from top-tier manufacturers such as Micron (Crucial), Samsung, and Hynix to ensure compatibility and stability. Unknown brands may cause compatibility issues, so caution is advised.
