We sincerely apologize for the concerns regarding certain ACE MAGIC Mini PC models. We confirm that some of our devices have encountered an issue related to the integration of the Bing search engine during the pre-installation process. We deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused.

In a thorough investigation, we found that this problem came from our previous supplier of mass installation systems. You have added this pre-installed software independently and without our express permission. We took immediate action by severing relationships with this supplier and moving to a new partner to ensure strict adherence to our transparency and user-centered values.

To remedy this situation and demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer a solution to all users affected by this problem. We offer direct access to download a clean, unchanged system for the affected models. As a token of our apologies, we also offer a € 60 discount coupon “ACEDMFS60” valid for any ACEMAGIC product of your choice.

For customers who are struggling with privacy issues after purchase, we offer a solution: the ability to reinstall, download and install a clean system.
